The 4 Post Power Rack is to home gyms, what maple syrup is to Canada: world-renowned, and the sign of impeccable taste. *chef's kiss*
It outlasts heavy squats, handles big bench presses and withstands chin-ups with 8 kids hanging onto your waist - just bolt it down before you go trying for that new chin-up PR. The uprights measure true 3" x 3" which is EXACTLY 76.2mm x 76.2mm, instead of the typical 75mm x 75mm uprights of other brands' imported racks.
By matching the same tubing specs as many of our American competitors, you can mix and match attachments freely without needing to stick to one brand - hello, open ecosystem! You can even side-mount your 5/8" attachments (as long as they're destined for true 3" x 3" tubing) using the side keyhole slots; perfect if you prefer the more economical Hydra rack attachments, now that's a fairy tale come true!
Built with modular components, so you can expand later or divide it into two smaller Manticore racks to accommodate a new home gym space or team workouts with your swolemate.
Compatible with all Manticore rack attachments, like the hyper-versatile Manticore Lat Pulldown.
IMPORTANT: The Manticore series of power racks are TRUE 3" x 3" tubing with 1-inch holes, so only Manticore attachments & non-B.o.S. attachments made precisely for 76.2mm x 76.2mm uprights with 1-inch holes will fit.

I've been wanting a rack for years and finally bought this model after lots of window shopping. All the pieces are quality built and once assembled its absolutely solid. Being able to mix'n'match with other 3x3 racks is nice if you have different pieces already. Built it alone and had no problems. Actually used my bench in it's stored position and a tie-down to hold the post for me . :)
Needing a rack you won't be dissapointed.
Now you guys just need to make a helpline so I can call because I'm hooked on the Company!

This is an awesome rack. It is extremely sturdy and can be added onto. I added two more posts to sides of mine for plate storage. It’s the best rack I have ever owned and the accessories are strong and affordable.

First of all, shout out to the Calgary staff for their excellent customer service over the years. Brandon has been awesome since forever but special thanks to Garvin (sp?) and Matt for helping me get sorted after I ran into some issues with upright heights/rack design. They went above and beyond to help me out and I just wanted it known I really appreciate it.
I upgraded from my BoS light commercial to the Manitcore 4 post and this thing is solid.
At first I was hesitant on a 4 post design due to stability concerns as my only experience has been with cheaper lighter racks and I am not interested in bolting anything to my basement floor. The Manticore is heavy duty and solid, this thing weighs a ton and is extremely stable even with the 4 post design. I honestly couldn’t tell a difference between it and the flat foot design in terms of stability. Quality is great, easy to assemble, and the modular design is a cool idea as I can always upgrade to a 6 post in the future by adding a couple more pieces if I want to.
As for design specifics I opted for a crossmember on both the front and back for extra stability and moved the pull up bar to the middle which has been working great.
For reference anyone planning their build I got the 90” upright height, 43” cross member depth, from my understanding the bigger the footprint the more stability, as well I like space inside my rack so I went with the 43” depth as that is what I was used to with my light commercial. My basement…

I've been waiting for my pre-order for about two months...Over that time I've worried as to whether I would regret the BOS quality relative to a REP or Rogue rack..I wasn't looking to pinch pennies for this buy and was convinced by Gluck reviews that Manticore is legit and a no brainer as a Canadian....having just received all the parts and assembled the finished product, I am absolutely stunned by the quality and therefore value of this rack - especially as a Canadian consumer.
You can surely find more premium attachments like the dip station and landmine attachment from the likes of Rogue, but the rack and safeties along with mag pins leaves absolutely nothing to be desired...completely top-notch...one of the most premium feeling items in my premium home gym.
This is one of those few purchases that I know will be a lifetime purchase. Well done, BOS!!!
