Isolate your arms, chest & more! The Nylon Adjustable Length Single Handle is compatible with any cable machine using carabiners and is excellent for curls, shoulder raises and chest flies.
The handle rotates smoothly and the grips are comfortable to hold, so you can train to failure without feeling like you're holding onto a wet spaghetti noodle.
Even better, it features 5 attachment points to your carabiner to make length adjustments a breeze.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

I love the ease with which you can adjust the length of these handles. The grip is very comfortable and never feels as if your grip is slipping. I now own two of these and use them in tandem for back, triceps and shoulder exercises. Highly recommended.
