Smoother Resistance
Regular bands are jerky, making getting in and out of an assisted band pull up reminiscent of trying to put on skinny jeans. Our resistance bands are smoother and much less snappy, making for a superior (less humbling) lifting experience.

Reversible Textures
One side of the bands is grippy, the other is slippy (technical terms). Use the grippy side for barbell work to keep your band confidently in place. Use the slippy side to avoid an accidental hair removal situation.
