First one arrived missing the magnetic part, but a replacement was eventually sent out, and it does what it is supposed to do. I also like the knurling. I just wish the head also had curved contours to make it easier to grip and pull. But it works as intended as is.

I had issues with my first set of them, i contacted support and they were extremely helpful.
The magnets are great and dont have to worry about hitch pins

The BOS magnetic rack attachment pins are an excellent replacement for the typical cheap rubber-coated-handle pins that often come with attachments from even the most pricey vendors. The knurling provides a secure grip. The good fit and finish of these pins, with subtle branding, makes all attachment points look much sharper.
