    My favorite attachment for rowing movements.

    So you read the title but before you click buy, there is a number of reasons you should avoid this product unless you fit a very specific market.

    Why not to buy:

    First and foremost this attachment will limit your progress if used in isolation.

    *Due to the girth of the handles if you move heavy weight your hands will fatigue long before your back does.

    *Depending on your set up the large size needed to accommodate a barbell sleeve for landmine work might limit your range of motion.

    *The weight of this attachment might be cumbersome depending on the hight of your setup and your physical fitness level in awkward movements.

    Who should buy this attachment?

    *Simply put, if your set up allows it and your budget let's you afford a secondary attachment. Then everyone should buy this.

    The extra tension in your hands improves your grip, which builds your forearms and over time will help to eliminate elbow pain from muscular imbalances which is something that all lifters like us struggle with.

    *its extremely well made and incredibly over built, the welds aren't as clean as rogue or rep but in terms of sheer durability I would be deeply impressed if anyone managed to break this during training.

    *The wider diameter provides less stress and wear n tear on your joints and helps eliminate wrist pain.

    The passive knurling feels good in the hands but does not aid in grip, so you really have to work.

    *Its also designed very well and I've already started DIY'ing crazy pully set…

    Very fat grip

    I have been suffering from tennis elbow and I have big hands. These fat grip attachments really fit the bill for me. Nuke proof in my opinion. They are alot more comfortable for me to use than skinny grip stuff. Kudos to BoS for designing something like this.
