Combines a functional trainer's cable versatility with a squat stand's barbell functionality in a space-conscious footprint. The x-style frame and built-in storage make this unit an efficient use of floor space in the corner of your home gym. Or your living lifting room. Two side cables (2:1 pull ratio) and center cables (1:1 pull ratio) with a beefy 210lb weight stack unlock hundreds of exercises.
Plus, 2.3" x 2.3" (60mm x 60mm) uprights with 5/8" holes are compatible with rack attachments- Y-Dip, Seal Row Pad, and more! The uprights are designed to double as a squat stand. Add some J-cups and rock your barbell training on the same machine! 15+ attachment options and a multi-grip pull-up bar offer full-body strength training at home. Have weight plates handy? IMPORTANT: The Weight Stack All-In-One Trainer MUST be bolted down to ensure the user and equipment's safety. Mounting hardware is not included, but we recommend Tapcon+ screws. Ships unassembled.

This is exactly what I was looking for. How can you beat a squat rack/ weight stack combination - for that price. This thing is solid and is an awesome addition to my home gym. I will note - that setup is not for the faint of heart. It was definitely a puzzle to setup with the provided "instructions" - so would not recommend setting up on your own unless you're mechanically intuitive and/or like a project. Watching some of the setup videos for similar products was helpful - but this thing makes the most difficult Ikea project look easy.
Minor critique, but you need to put the pin for the weight stack in the back of the machine in order for it to not interfere with the cables. Would love to have a second set of number stickers for both sides of the weight stack.
Would also love to have an option to add number stickers (or something) to the uprights so you're not having to count to match the j-cup/ cable positions. I might try to engrave some numbers - but open to BoS's recommendations if there's an easy solution.
The actual machine was delivered to my door in just 3 days via UPS in 8 boxes. The attachment (j-cups and dip bar) took about 2 weeks.

It’s a very awesome machine. I wanted something that is versatile and can do more with and not take up so much space. I owned a similar one from valor fitness but this one comes with the weight stack and more holes where I can bench/squat from. Best upgrade I’ve ever made. Now that being say, they don’t have a video on putting the cables on yet, so I would suggest watching valor fitness on YouTube if you’re struggling on that part.
