The 54.5" EZ Curl Bar is the ultimate tool for arm development.
This bar's unique shape allows you to lift with less strain on your wrists and elbows, and more focus on your working muscles to maximize the stimulation of your biceps and triceps.
Use it for standing bicep curls, preacher curls, or pair it with an Arm Blaster. Then, target your triceps with skull crushers, french presses, and more, for an arm-aggedon you'll never forget.
IMPORTANT: Although e-coating and Cerakote are more resistant to rust and abrasion, they can still be scratched from metal-on-metal contact.

Apart from the package being damage during freight, no damage to the barbell. Dimensions fits perfect for my biceps curls and triceps work outs. The knurling fells great and the black finishing is excellent. High quality barbell.
I definitely recommend it.

Feels so good to use
My hands love the knurling
If your looking for an additional bar to grow those arms @ home you can't go wrong with this bar.
You'll want arms day everyday after you get this.
More colors options for the bar please. Leave the gold on the ends but I sure could use a green version :)

I got the EZ Curl Bar 2.0 to replace a cheap ez curl bar I had for a years. I find that it being a bit longer then my old curl bar I could put in on my safety spotter arms and lift the bar a little bit on one side at a time to easily add plates even though it isn't rackable length. The hand position for curls is nice when doing curls and when doing skull crushers, with it being a little longer in the centre straight part, it feels good.

Looks, functions and feels great. Knurling is aggressive in a good way, has a great feel. Price is great. I’ve been using this in my garage for a year, and looks like new, no sign of rust. Very happy with this bar.
