It features 25 carabiner holes on each side, so you can adjust your cable attachments inwards or outwards by as little as 0.5 inches for an attachment, angle, and width that suits your personal mechanics and preferences.

Switch between different cable attachments like adjustable nylon handles, rubber d-handles, and single tricep ropes. The 50 adjustment holes let your joints move more naturally and freely, which can reduce the risk of injury and improve your performance.

Thanks to the large center hole, you can also use it with a barbell in a landmine attachment! Just slide it over the barbell's sleeve, and position your cable attachments narrow or wide to work your back muscles in different ways.

Meet the multi-tool of cable attachments! We get it. Even the most ergonomic cable attachments can feel off for certain people - this is where the D-Handle Bar shines brightest. It lets you micro-adjust the width, angles, and range of motion of your adjustable nylon handles, rubber d-handles, and single tricep ropes. And thanks to the open center hole, you can also use it with a barbell in a landmine attachment!
Compatible with any cable machine using carabiners, though a 2nd carabiner might be needed to avoid excess twisting. Includes two carabiners. D-handles and tricep ropes are sold separately.
IMPORTANT: D-handles and tricep ropes are sold separately. The powder coat resists rust and abrasion, but it can still be scratched from the metal-on-metal contact of carabiners - wear & tear on the coating is expected.

Very functional piece.
I saw early reviews mentioning low quality and sloppy finish but I was impressed at the thickness of the steel and smooth finish. Only drawbacks are the carabiners are annoying to use as they're quite stiff and the powder coat scratches easily.
Overall very happy with the product for the price.

Pretty cook piece of equipment. I've used it for Landmine rows, vertical and horizontal cable rows.
My favorite use is doing horizontal cable rows with D Handles attached. It has a great ROM and very adjustable fir handle width when using D Handles.

Glad I found this one. I was about to complete give up after ordering somewhat similar products that bent after a single when using the full force of my dual stack cable machine. I saw another review with the piece clipped to both sides of a a similar cable machine and tried it out.
I've used it low rows on my dual stack cable machine 3 or 4 times so far, doesn't show any signs of bending.. solid steal.
And love it for landmines. I didn't know I really wanted one of these for landmines, but now I can't do back without it!

This is an excellent attachment; commercial gyms should have two and for home gyms it’s going to provide a lot of options without taking up a lot of space. Works well for Pulldowns and Cable Rows, what sold me on it was the sleeve allowing for use with a landmine and barbell for TBar rows. Decius good addition to any gym.
