Isolate your arms, chest & more! The Aluminum Handles are compatible with any cable machine using carabiners and are excellent for curls, shoulder raises, chest flies, and much more.

The 5.25" wide handles rotate smoothly and the aluminum coating will help keep those pesky rust fairies away. Adjust them to the perfect length using the five heavy-duty d-rings.

IMPORTANT: Requires carabiners (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

    Great attachment

    This product is great. Knurling feels nice not too aggressive. Very underrated for tricep extensions. I feel a much better contraction with these than I do a triceps rope.
