When things got weird at our local gym in February 2021, we decided to start investing in our own equipment. We also have small children, so it just makes sense to have the efficiency of a home gym and we really enjoy it.
Increase strength, maintain flexibility and mobility, keep the body weight down. I write my own workouts focused around the big compound movements for the day, kind of like the conjugate style program.
