Adam went all in with the functional trainer, Blitz Air Bike and Blitz Ski Trainer in a basement that was built as a gym, not converted into one. Hexagon LEDs, hardwood floors, and cable work waiting on the wall.
Conditioning on one end, strength on the other, no drive in between. Two kids and a business mean the training window is small, so the gym has to be ready the second he is. His commute is one flight of stairs.
Best gym in the world is the one you can't talk yourself out of driving to.
