The customer service is crazy top notch. Order was delivered and truck driver mentioned that it got damaged in shipping and to mark it damaged. I contacted customer support and right away they said - don’t worry, we got you. Unpack it and let us know the damage.
Luckily it was just outer packaging that was damaged and the functional trainer was unharmed.
Now onto the trainer itself. Easy to put together even without instructions (beware the requirement for a larger than average wrench for pull-up bar). Super smooth, easy to exercise with family. Rigged up a lat pull down that’s solid.
They have a customer for life, if even go with BoS. Not to mention the equipment is phenomenal and will easily last my lifetime and that of my kids!
Plus it’s Canadian - so massive thumbs up.

Respect for tackling the assembly without instructions. And great callout on the larger wrench for the pull up bar. That is a pro tip right there.

Just got the plate loaded version set up a couple weeks ago. Was easy to put together, and its extremely smooth. Seems very durable, and I'm not worried about parts wearing or anything at this point, everything seems very quality. The price was very tough to beat folks, can't go wrong.

I’ve had this over a year and I use it almost daily for all my clients in my training studio and it has given me no problems whatsoever. My biggest gripe is that I only bought 1. Beyond worth it!

I’ve had it for about a year now and it is a solid machine. Haven’t had any issues with it. It is well built, fairly easy to build, and hold up to daily home use. I definitely recommend getting this.
