    Love my Hydra!

    I decided to pull the trigger and upgrade my old barbell. It was a decent bar but had minimal knurling and because I am old, had a hard time seeing, or even feeling the rings it had for lifting.

    I am a novice lifter folks, but I love this bar. Knurling is perfect. Excellent grip but doesn't chew you up. The rings are excellent easy to see, easy to feel. I especially appreciate the center ring, I had a tendancy to lose the middle of my old bar and lifted all wacky because of it. I bought the color version cause I think it looks dope, and there is no room for error for whatever lift you want to do. Veteran lifters will might shake their heads at the rings, the color, the center ring, but for me it makes a big difference.

    Great solid bar, great spin, great collars (ribbed, which I dont mind at all). I'm a fan boy now.....the video of it is just as I unpacked it. No issues and was in perfect condition as it was packaged very well.

    I’m very satisfied with this bar. It helps me train my beginners and helps them with proper hand placement on the bar, to ensure proper form and technique. It’s actually well made and a quality product.

    Great bar

    This colour coded bar is great. You will never waste a set by un evenly placing your hands on the bar. Also if you like to rotate your exercises then this bar will help. You can jot down the colour you’re using and then when it’s time to switch, you can move on to a different colour. You can pretty much do this with all the main lifts to change things up.
