    beginner required wrist guards

    I am a kettlebell beginner and didn't want to suffer needlessly while my swinging skill was weak. The guards are a big help and I can even wear a watch underneath without issue.

    Definitely a good tool for beginners

    These wrist guards are perfect for anyone who hasn’t mastered the basics of kettlebells yet. They prevent the bell smashing your wrist, until you perfect the movements and there is no longer any pain involved. Great value for the money and will keep the novice from quitting due to wrist bruises!

    Great addition to my kettlebell arsenal

    Having upgraded to adjustable kettlebells and increasing the weight, I needed something to protect my wrists whilst they get acclimatised. These fit the bill and also allow me to wear my Apple Watch on the inside of my wrist so I can record my workout. Ticks all the boxes.

    These work well

    I know that in theory you shouldn’t need wrist guards (with proper technique), but I find the 12kg smaller bells do lie a bit awkwardly against my wrists, compared with the 20+kg bells. So these work well just to stop them getting sore. Easy to take on and off, and also help a bit to reduce sweaty palms.
