    Great Product

    Excellent for beginner kettlebell users as a safeguard against banging your forearms while learning to grip and control the bell during clean&press, snatches, and similar exercises. A great price considering the quality.

    Wrist guards work as advertised

    After a few weeks of using these, I can say that they work as advertised, maybe even better. When I moved up in weight, the kettlebells were starting to bang my wrists more, mainly on snatches, despite close focus on good technique. With the wrist guards on I could hear the light tap when the bell made contact. That audible tap was good feedback for helping me correct my form, so now I don't bang my wrist, with or without the guard. Definitely a good purchase.

    Great guards!

    Very happy with my BellGuards. They fit well, don't move around during my kettlebell workouts, and protect by wrists and forearms while I refine my technique. A great tool for learning the kettlebell and quality product.
