Product Details

Our rust-resistant, zinc-plated chains are perfect for busting through sticking points and plateaus by adding progressive resistance to your training regimen.

Choose sets ranging from 5lbs to 107lbs, with an easy-to-use feeder chain for easy loading.

Similar to resistance bands, the chains you are lifting progressively become heavier, providing maximum muscular stimulation throughout the entire range of motion. At the bottom of a squat or bench, the chains pool on the floor and ease the burden. Near the top, things get HEAVY. They also look and sound totally badass.

    74 lbs chain set

The delivery was swift and the quality of the chains are amazing! The look, feel, and design of the 1/2" chains look sick hanging off my bar and on my wall!!

    Chains and Weight Stack Pins

I ordered a set of 22lb chains (44 lb total) and weight stack pins, and both arrived promptly and in perfect condition! My Functional Trainer has 165 lb weight stacks (2:1 ratio, so effectively 82.5 lbs per side), which I knew was not going to challenge me enough, and I use the existing pin to hold up to 2 ea 10 lb plates and put the BoS pin on the other side of the stack with the same size plates, so there is perfect balance, and the BoS pins can hold up to 20 lbs as well, so I'm good to go! Even after over 40 years of working at gyms, I had never used chains before, but after retiring in '21, moving from CO to NM, and converting my 16' cargo trailer into my gym (I'm in the boonies and the closest gym is 80 miles away), I decided to really challenge myself, and I've used the chains on squats, DL's, RDL's and bench, and love 'em. Not sure how BoS can charge less than Amazon for what appears to be a better product, but I'm glad they do!

    Weightlifting Chains

These are great. They are easy to hook up and use. Only issue with them (minor) is that the blue "paint: rubs off on one's hands.
