This is my third sandbag and I absolutely love it for its durability and the variety of features of the bag. There are handles on each side and one across the bag which allows many variations of exercises.
The inner bag allows you to add the desired weight to meet the type of selected exercise and to add more weight as you progress. You won’t be disappointed with this bag!!

Thank you for the product that I ordered. The bag has not yet reached it's capacity as I'm working towards the 150 lbs goal. The bag is able to contain the sand, it is durable through the lifting and dropping. I'm writing this as my Mom purchased this bag as a gift to me her son.

My second review adding a video of floor to shoulder with the bags. Excellent product. So much so I’m ordering the beginner set (50, 100, 150, 200). Maybe within the year I’ll be able to progress to the advanced set (over 200 bags).

I recently picked up the BOS sandbag to replace an old bag . I was a little ambitious on the size and went for the 100lb which humbled me immediately on my first workout. Looking forward to tossing this around in the garage for years to come and working my way up to the next size.
