Free Shipping Policy

Our warehouse staff have become masters of packing and shipping over the years. Most of our products come pre-packaged in high-grade durable cardboard, with reinforced straps to help prevent damage and losses while in transit.

All products ship free in the lower 48 United States.

We currently only ship in the lower 48 United States and do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii or APOs.

Carriers

We use a combination of local couriers, UPS, and day and ross for our shipments. Your order may ship by one of these, even if at checkout it states another carrier.

Please note we can ship smaller products to P.O. boxes, but most of our products (such as barbells/racks) are outside of USPS' size limits and you will need to provide an alternate address.

About half our inventory is stored within the USA and half within Canada, some orders will be shipped from a combination of locations based on your location and inventory availability. If your order is coming from Canada, we pay all duties/customs and take care of any paperwork, you do not need to do anything once an order is placed. Orders originating from Canada take no more than 1 day extra.

Delivery times

Times are approximate, but historically these are the trends we see

West coast - 4 business days

States south of Montana - 3 business days

Mid west - 2-3 business days

East Coast 3-4 business days

Next Day Shipping

Our team works hard to maintain 1-day order processing. When you order from us, you can count on your order being shipped the next business day.

During peak season (November-January) we aim to maintain same or next day shipping but high order volumes can result in an additional delay of 3-5 business days.

Large orders going by freight carriers take an average of 1 day longer to ship.

Hold Order Requests

At your request, we will hold your order up to a maximum of two weeks from the day it is placed.

This means that your order will be marked as “paused” in our fulfillment system and will not resume processing until the day before you want it shipped. Requests for holding orders for more than 14 calendar days will not be accommodated.

Please note that while your order’s fulfillment is paused, item(s) can continue to sell out. If you do not want to risk your item(s) going out of stock, we encourage you to not request that your order be placed on hold.

Lost Items

If your order is lost in transit, Bells of Steel will work with the carrier to find it and send it to you before sending a new replacement.

If after 14 business days we are unable to find your order, we will ship another at no extra charge or refund you in full.

International Shipping

International shipping is only available through a custom quote.

International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited Standard (2 – 5 business days processing time), with customs/duty charges, tax, or other additional charges being covered by the customer. Money-back guarantee is not included for international orders.

The following products are not available for international shipping:
Non-Bells of Steel Products (Strongarm, Nuobell, etc)
Cardio machines
Cable machines

Returns
International customers will be responsible for paying all shipping and duty costs to receive their product and return it.

Customs Duties
International customers are responsible for understanding the duties they need to pay, and paying all import duties on their orders. Failure to pay required duties will result in the order not being delivered to the customer and this will not lead to any refund from Bells of Steel.

Warranty Issues
For issues where a product does not meet the warranty, Bells of Steel will evaluate the cost of shipping out replacement pieces, and can decide to either:
Refund the customer a fair amount to compensate for the issue
Ship out replacement parts at Bells of Steel’s costs.
