Isolate your arms, chest & more! The Single D Rubber Handle is compatible with any cable machine using carabiners and is excellent for curls, shoulder raises and chest flies.
The handles rotate smoothly and the rubberized grips are comfortable to hold, so you can train to failure without feeling like you're holding onto a wet spaghetti noodle.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.
