I've had these dumbbells for about 18 months now, and it all went without a hitch. Couldn't stop raving about the product. However, the mechanism of one of the handles got jammed, which resulted in plates falling off - luckily not hitting my face or feet. After ordering a replacement, it happened again, and Bells of Steel replaced it free of charge no questions asked - which is exactly why I'd stand by this product no questions asked!
