Crossmembers are the horizontal bars that connect the uprights of your power rack. They're easy to install and adjust, and come in different lengths and styles to suit your needs and preferences.They add stability and strength to your rack, while opening it up to more possibilities for your training.

Mount band pegs, utility horns, and other rack attachments.

Unless otherwise indicated, crossmembers are sold in pairs (2 pieces).

Crossmembers come with hardware to connect both sides, 110 mm bolts AND 120 mm longer bolts for 6 post configurations.


NOTE: Requires two 24mm wrenches to install (not included by default). Correctly sized box-end, adjustable & socket wrenches are suitable alternatives.

    Smooth, Clean, and Strong Finish

    The blue colored crossmembers and uprights are SO nice! They did a really good job on the finish. Doesn’t feel grainy, doesn’t feel cheap. I already had a Rogue upright and that feels so rough and lower quality.

    Glad BOS is leading the way in quality!

    Hydra Crossmember

    Great product fit my Monster light rack like a glove. Quality powder coating and hardware. Shipping was a little slow, but when I reached out to customer service, they were more than helpful five star.All the way! I'm looking forward to doing business in the future.

    Fits perfect with my Made in USA rack

    I purchased the Hydra crossmembers to add onto an existing 3x3 5/8 rack that uses American Freedom units. Everything fits perfectly and the crossmembers also came with all the hardware required.

    I deducted one star because the holes on the top and bottom are not all 5/8 and they are weirdly spaced. It isn’t affecting my intended functionality right now but not sure about future compatibility.

    The pics on the website do show this odd hole spacing, but it’s not mentioned in the description so I didn’t notice it until I received it.

    Always Sturdy!

    I’m definitely not using these as intended but let me tell you, these things are sturdy! I wanted to bring my pull up bar off the front of my rack to get more space without worrying about the pulley system mounted above or taking up more floor space. I left them open on one side and used it to attach my Bells of Steel multi grip pull up bar. This has been the upgrade I didn’t know I needed! At 30”, it doesn’t flex at all with the weight of the bar plus me at 190 pounds bodyweight.
