Looking to upgrade your Hydra Rack? Or build your own franken-rack? Maybe even upgrade your non-Bells of Steel Rack that's also true 3 x 3 inch with 5/8 inch holes?
Crossmembers are the horizontal bars that connect the uprights of your power rack. They're easy to install and adjust, and come in different lengths and styles to suit your needs and preferences.They add stability and strength to your rack, while opening it up to more possibilities for your training.
Mount band pegs, utility horns, and other rack attachments.
Unless otherwise indicated, crossmembers are sold in pairs (2 pieces).
Crossmembers come with hardware to connect both sides, 110 mm bolts AND 120 mm longer bolts for 6 post configurations.
NOTE: Requires two 24mm wrenches to install (not included by default). Correctly sized box-end, adjustable & socket wrenches are suitable alternatives.

I love the hydra rack system. Been updating my gym last couple years. The guys at the calgary location are awesome. They help me build my dream gym play area. I customize everything. Love the blue pieces the most. It is very strong. I can do my muscle ups. Dips. I basically built a calisthenics park in my basement. Even used it for my custom sim racer so it matches my man cave gym. Thanks

Fit right into my Rogue Monster Lite rack and looks identical to the rest. Smooth and clean finish with nice hole spacing. Only issue was shipping but that got sorted out after reaching out a few times.
