This extra long tricep rope extension is a prized cable attachment, compatible with any cable machine using carabiners. The nylon ropes and hard plastic ends are durable and long-lasting. Plus, the 25mm diameter is comfortable to hold, so you work your tris to failure without feeling like you're holding onto a wet spaghetti noodle.
Built for specialized ranges of motion during facepulls, tricep pushdowns and ab exercises without dealing with short cable lengths on cable machines.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.
