Product Details

The Blitz Air Bike brings light-commercial power to your home gym with a 25" fan, belt drive, and 350lb capacity.

  • Full-body burn → Upper and lower body work together for maximum calorie carnage.
  • Comfort where it counts → Removable wind guard for winter, arctic blast for summer.
  • Built-in conveniences → Phone holder + bottle cage included (you shouldn't have to pay extra to hydrate).
  • Ships partially assembled → About 30–60 minutes to finish.
  • Full-body burn in half the time → Moving arms and legs simultaneously torches 30-40% more calories than leg-only cardio, turning a 10-minute session into a workout that leaves most treadmill sessions in the dust.
  • Built to survive your worst days → Commercial-grade steel frame and sealed bearings handle daily abuse from sprint intervals and frustrated post-work rage sessions without developing squeaks or wobbles.
  • Saves space and your knees → Takes up roughly 4 feet by 2 feet (less than half a treadmill's footprint) and delivers zero-impact cardio that won't wreck your joints after years of use.
  • Quieter rides, happier neighbors → Belt-driven system = no chain clatter during your 5 a.m. sufferfest.

Long story short: built tough, priced fair, ready to humble your soul, in a good way.

Why Air Bikes?

Because most cardio equipment makes you choose between intensity, impact, and convenience — air bikes give you all three:

  • Unlimited resistance that scales with you → The harder you push, the harder it pushes back — no adjusting settings, no maxing out, just pure effort-based conditioning that grows as you do.
  • Full-body cardio without the boredom → Moving arms and legs together means you're burning more calories in less time, and the variety of interval options keeps sessions from feeling like a treadmill slog.
  • Built like your barbell, priced like we get it → Commercial-grade durability (because we know you're not gentle) at a cost that doesn't require a family meeting, plus it's low-maintenance enough that you'll actually use it.
  • Conditioning for lifters who hate cardio → Quick HIIT sessions between lifting days, brutal finishers after squats, or active recovery — this fits into a strength program way better than jogging ever will.

If you want cardio that actually makes you better instead of just tired, air bikes deliver the pain without the excuses.

Product Features

  • 25" Commercial-Grade Fan

Most home gym air bikes run a 20" (51 cm) fan. The Blitz runs 25" (63.5 cm) — more blade surface, more air moved per revolution, and more resistance every time you push harder. There is no level where the resistance stops growing.

  • Belt Drive — Built for Daily Punishment

The Blitz runs on a heavy-duty belt — zero lubrication, zero chain-stretch, and none of the squeaking that plagues chain-drive bikes. Go as hard as you want. The drive system handles it without complaint.

  • 10-Position Dual-Axis Seat Adjustment

Most bikes adjust height. The Blitz adjusts height and reach across 10 positions, with the V2.0 seat assembly redesigned to lock and stay locked. Whether you're 5'2" (157 cm) or 6'5" (196 cm), you get a fit that doesn't shift — so the only resistance in your session comes from the fan.

  • 350 lb Capacity. Commercial Spec. Home Price.

The Blitz holds 350 lbs (159 kg) — the same capacity as equipment on a commercial gym floor. That number isn't just for big athletes. It's what holds up under daily high-intensity use without flex, wobble, or hardware that works its way loose over time.

  • Removable Wind Guard — Train Hot or Cool

Most air bikes blast you whether you want it or not. The Blitz ships with a removable wind guard that redirects airflow on your terms — keep it on to stay warm in a cold garage, pull it off when you want every degree the fan can throw at you.

  • Full-Body Resistance That Never Caps Out

Resistance scales with effort. Sprint at 30% — light resistance. Sprint at 100% — full load. Both arms and legs drive the fan simultaneously, so every joule you put in comes back as resistance. No dial, no cap, no ceiling.

  • Console That Tracks What Actually Matters

Six metrics live on your display: RPM, speed, calories, watts, distance, and heart rate (pairs with most 5kHz chest straps). No subscription, no account, no proprietary app required. Your data stays on your screen — not in someone else's ecosystem.

  • Phone Holder, Bottle Cage, Transport Wheels — All Included

Phone holder, bottle cage, and transport wheels ship in the box at no extra cost. Mount your phone for your training program, keep water within reach, and roll 118 lbs (54 kg) of machine across the garage floor easily.

  • Quiet, Low-Maintenance Operation

Chain drives wear, stretch, and need lubrication. The Blitz's rubber belt doesn't. If the belt eventually needs replacing — which won't be soon — it's a 20-minute DIY job. No service call. No tech required. Just a quick update to keep your bike pedalling.

Overview

Your pain cave deserves better.

The Blitz Air Bike is built to commercial spec — 25" (63.5 cm) fan, belt drive, 350 lb (159 kg) capacity — in a machine priced for your garage, not a commercial facility. Resistance scales with effort. Go easy, get easy. Sprint at full capacity and it'll feel every bit of it.

Belt drive means no chain rattle, NO lubrication, and 5 AM sessions that don't wake up the rest of the house. Which, honestly, might be the feature that wins it for most gym enthusiasts.

No programs. No subscription. No ceiling. Trusted by 250+ gym enthusiasts. Rated 4.8/5.

Best For You If
  • You want serious conditioning without sacrificing home gym space
  • You train early morning or in shared spaces and need quieter than chain-drive
  • You're over 200 lbs and want commercial-grade durability that won't flex under real effort
  • You prefer tracking data (watts, calories, RPM) over following preset programs
  • You're upgrading from a lower-quality air bike and want something that lasts 5–10+ years

Consider Alternatives If
  • You need Bluetooth or app connectivity (the Blitz display is data-focused, not smart-connected)
  • You primarily train low-RPM endurance for extended periods — a dedicated cycling ergometer may suit you better
  • You're buying for a commercial facility with 8+ hours daily use (consider commercial-only options)

Technical Details

The Blitz runs a 25" (63.5 cm) commercial-grade fan paired with a heavy-duty rubber belt drive — resistance scales proportionally with output. Push harder, get more. Belt drive means NO chain stretch, NO lubrication, and a noticeably quieter ride than older-generation air bikes. When the belt eventually needs replacing (and it won't be soon), it's a 20-minute DIY job — not a service call.

The console tracks six metrics live: RPM, speed, distance, calories, watts, and heart rate (pairs with most standard 5kHz chest straps — no subscription required). Seat adjusts across 10 positions on BOTH height and reach. Removable wind guard controls airflow — on for cold garage mornings, off when you want everything the fan can give.

Phone holder and bottle cage ship in the box at no extra cost. At 118 lbs (54 kg) and 53" × 23" × 51" (135 × 58 × 130 cm) assembled, the Blitz stays planted under max effort and rolls when you need to move it — integrated transport wheels included.

Get's the job done, but isn't the highest quality.

If I had to do it over again, I'd spend a little more and get a different assault bike/different brand. Again, like a lot of the higher priced Bells of Steel items we purchased for our physical therapy clinic, it gets the job done but isn't the highest quality. We've had issues with the pegs continuing to come undone with repeated use. The biggest issue has been the quality of the seat. Regardless of how well it is locked in, it tends to move forward or backward. Bells of Steel customer service is always super helpful, and they have sent us a replacement seat, but it continues to be an issue. So, again, the equipment gets the job done, but isn't the highest quality.

    Blitz air bike

I purchased the blitz bike after thoroughly reviewing the market. I’ve been using the bike 2-3 days/week for 6 weeks and I have enjoyed the intensity the bike provides.

The bike was easy to assembly from boxed. The fan was black instead of yellow, thought of spraying it other colours. Water bottle cage is weak and will eventually snap. Seat screw/ clamp could be designed stronger as it becomes loose after every other ride. I found the seat was twisting.

The computer is user-friendly and easy to use through the various features.

Overall, I am pleased with the purchase and I’d recommend it.

    Great Workout!

I bought this for my boxing gym, it gets the job done really well!

Pros: -After the 20/10 tabata setting everyone gets of of this thing with wobbly legs. Even guys that have been training for years.

    - Customer service helped me almost immediately when I had a problem with my seat. I just didn't have a bolt tightened properly.

Con: Customer service never got back about one of the arms on the bike that is a little loose even though it is tightened all the way. It loosens up a crazy amount after it is used for maybe an hour total over the course of a week and I have to tighten it again.

Assuming they are normally free from defect, I would definitely purchase another one of these.

    Initial Impression/Short-Term Review

First of all, I was NOT expecting the package to arrive 2 days after ordering. That’s awesome!

Assembly was rather straight-forward, with the contents packaged properly and very little damage to the box. For what it’s worth, Bells of Steel does have an accompanying video to show some of the assembly. Written instructions were obviously not made by someone who is fluent in English, but whatever… you can get it done.

Not only was this my first purchase from BoS, but this was my first time ever using an air bike. First impressions during the initial 30-minute workout was that this thing is stable, quiet, and a true challenge that I look forward to implementing into my daily routine! I really like how you can easily adjust the feet, so that it sits perfectly flat. Everything functions as it should and it’s definitely a quality piece. So long as the bike lasts, I can’t imagine this experience being any better!

    Bells of Steel USA

    Hi Kamerun,

Thank you so much for the positive review of our blitz bike. We are so glad delivery was timely and the assembly went smoothly. We hope you love your new bike and let the gainz begin !

    Yours in strength,

    Marcus & the BoS team

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Blitz Air Bike create resistance?

The Blitz Air Bike uses air resistance powered by a large 25" fan. The harder you pedal and push the arms, the more resistance the fan generates—so the workout automatically scales to your effort. This makes it ideal for HIIT, conditioning circuits, and full-body cardio training.

Is the Blitz Air Bike chain-driven or belt-driven?

The Blitz Air Bike features a belt-driven drivetrain, which delivers a smoother and quieter ride compared to chain-driven air bikes. Belt drives also require less routine maintenance, making them a good fit for garage gyms or home setups.

What is the maximum user weight for the Blitz Air Bike?

The Blitz Air Bike supports a maximum user weight of 350 lb (159 kg). Its sturdy steel frame and wide stabilizers help keep the bike planted during aggressive sprints and high-intensity workouts.

What are the dimensions and weight of the Blitz Air Bike?

The Blitz Air Bike measures 53" L × 23" W × 51" H (1346 × 584 × 1295 mm) and weighs about 118 lb (53.5 kg). The heavier frame helps reduce movement during intense pedaling intervals.

What accessories come with the Blitz Air Bike?

The Blitz Air Bike includes a wind guard, phone holder, and water bottle holder to improve the workout experience. The wind guard helps reduce direct airflow from the fan while you ride, while the holders keep your essentials close by during long sessions.

Does the Blitz Air Bike provide a full-body workout?

Yes. Like most air bikes, it uses moving handlebars and pedals, so both your upper and lower body work together. This makes it useful for conditioning workouts, HIIT training, and MetCon intervals where full-body effort is the goal.

Is the Blitz Air Bike good for HIIT training?

Absolutely. Air bikes are popular for interval training because resistance increases automatically with effort. The harder you sprint, the more resistance the 25" fan creates, making it easy to push intensity without adjusting settings.

How does the Blitz Air Bike compare to the Residential Air Bike and Blitz MAX Air Bike?

The Blitz Air Bike sits in the middle of the lineup: more robust than the entry-level Residential Air Bike but more compact and affordable than the premium Blitz MAX Air Bike. The Residential model is designed for lighter home use, while the Blitz offers a heavier frame and larger 25" fan for harder conditioning sessions. The Blitz MAX steps things up further with a larger commercial-grade build, upgraded components, and Bluetooth compatibility for the most demanding training environments.

Is the Blitz Air Bike suitable for garage gyms?

Yes. With its belt-driven system, heavy frame, and air resistance design, the Blitz Air Bike is well-suited for garage gyms and home training spaces. It’s built to handle repeated sprints, interval workouts, and daily conditioning sessions without needing complex adjustments.

Does the Blitz Air Bike require maintenance?

Yes. Like most cardio machines, occasional maintenance helps keep it running smoothly. We recommend checking and tightening bolts every 3–6 months to help prolong the lifespan of your bike and ensure everything stays secure during intense workouts.

How noisy is the Blitz Air Bike?

Like most air bikes, the Blitz Air Bike produces a whooshing fan sound that increases with your effort. The belt-driven system helps keep the ride smooth and quieter than many chain-driven bikes, but the fan will still be noticeable during hard sprints. For most home and garage gym setups, the sound level is similar to a powerful floor fan.

What warranty comes with the Blitz Air Bike?

The Blitz Air Bike is backed by a 2-year warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This helps protect your investment whether you're using it for regular home workouts or intense conditioning sessions.

The Bells of Steel Blitz Air Bike is a commercial-grade indoor cardio machine with a large front fan, adjustable seat, moving handlebars, sturdy build, digital display above the fan, and a smooth belt drive system.
