Band Pegs with Carabiners

These are fantastic. The design choice of milling and drilling the end of the rod for the Carabiner means that the peg is easy to insert and can even work with adapters to 1" if you need it to in a pinch. The carabiner is great quality. In all honesty, this is now an indispensable part of my rack set up and gets used almost every workout. Works great with bands, pulleys, for putting something up out of the way.

I love these carabiner band pegs. I have used them for just about everything, including 1. hanging a pulley system from various parts of my power rack; 2. using to store belts, bands, and other items; 3. mounting a landmine attachment (after removing the carabiner) from various points on my squat rack; and 4. attaching band pegs.

If I had one recommendation, I wish Bells of Steel sent them out with the 5/8" to 1" collar with the set screw that they send out with their landmine attachment. I picked up a few extra from the local hardware store, and they make these band begs even more useful by allowing me to secure them from my rack at a distance I find useful. I have used these band pegs in a 3x3 rack with a pulley holding approximately 200 pounds while performing lat pulldowns and rows, and I have seen zero bend even though the band peg sticks out 5 to 6 inches from the upright.

Since these mount nearly flush, I appreciate that there is limited risk of bumping them with my bar or plates when using my squat rack, so I can leave them in the rack all the time. I can't wait for Bells of Steel to get them back in stock. I will definitely purchase an extra pair or two.
