    Band Pegs

    These band pegs are awesome! The carabiner attachment point is a total game changer for my home gym; it makes attaching pulleys and other accessories easy.

    Band pegs are just simple rods. The BOS band peg is pretty no-frills and does the job it's suppose to do.

    The rounded end makes it easier to line up in the rack holes. The fit is nice with no rattling so not having to screw in the peg makes it really quick to use and move around. There are included collars which I haven't had to use to secure the pegs.

    One nice feature is the eyelet to add a carabiner. I sometimes use tube bands and this peg can easily be used with tube bands.

    The included carabiners are stainless steel and well made.

    Allows your rack to turn into a budget functional trainer

    These are great.

    I used mine with PTP mini cables and Korkahm bar and grips to create a budget functional trainer.

    Great for bench incline rows and lat pulldowns.

    Simple magnetic hook from Bunnings also allows me to store it out of the way when not in use.
