Ankle straps are widely popular in the glute-training community for kickbacks, donkey kicks and lateral leg raises. But that's not all they're good for! With 2 d-ring attachment points, the ankle straps are great for laying knee tucks and leg lifts if you don't have access to a pull-up bar or find your grip is the limiting factor and don't care for Hanging Ab Straps (we won't take it personally). Use them on your wrists to perform shoulder-pumping lateral raises, chest flies for a better mind-muscle connection or to work around a hand injury. Sold as a pair.
IMPORTANT: Requires carabiners (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.
