Isolate your arms, chest & more! The Aluminum Handles are compatible with any cable machine using carabiners and are excellent for curls, shoulder raises, chest flies, and much more.

The 5.25" wide handles rotate smoothly and the aluminum coating will help keep those pesky rust fairies away. Adjust them to the perfect length using the five heavy-duty d-rings.

IMPORTANT: Requires carabiners (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

    An improved design with limitations.

    First off, I have to say BOS support was fantastic when an older version of the handles failed. I wasn't too keen on using the same handles again. However, the current version of these are improved and make me confident in using them in my routine. The knurl is noticeably better making it easier to grip. BOS also added some material as a guard against wear and tear on the nylon. I'll probably still get a set of bearing based handles from BOS but I appreciate they improved the product and that their customer support was top notch.

    Nice handles for the cable machine. I tried the plastic ones and these. They feel much better and making many movements feel smooth
