Or, if you're more of a lover than a fighter, it doubles as moderate barbell, weight plate and/or accessory storage to keep your gym gear within arm's reach (literally).
Equipped with 1" holes & 5/8" keyholes, the Utility Arm plays nice with Manticore & Hydra rack attachments, making it a true jack-of-all-trades.
And if you're worried about space, don't sweat it! Acting as a lighter version of a Batwing, the Utility Arm takes up minimal real estate while maximizing functionality — because we know every square inch in your home gym is sacred.

IMPORTANT: For user & equipment safety, your rack must be bolted down or otherwise secured. If wall-mounting, ensure it’s mounted to the wall studs. For weight plates, storing your heaviest plates closest to the mounting bracket is recommended.
