The handle rotates smoothly and the grips are comfortable to hold, so you can train to failure without feeling like you're holding onto a wet spaghetti noodle.
Even better, it features 5 attachment points to your carabiner to make length adjustments a breeze.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

I bought this cable attachment because I was looking for a handle with a longer strap. I really like how there are clips every few inches to adjust the length. The cable attachment itself is very light the handle may be short like some people said but it fits my hand and it feels solid and well made.

Love these. I use them with my rack pulley system and also attached them to my lever arms to allow my pulley system to give constant tension.

Since receiving my handles they have become a regular part of workouts. The length of the handle strapping and different connection points are a game changer. Grips are comfortable and the strapping is solid.
