This Adjustable Kettlebell can range from 12kg-32kg in 0.5kg increments, so you save money and space - no matter what exercises you (Turkish) get up to. Crafted like a competition-style kettlebell, the steel shell and iron weight plates keep the internal workings secure, so you don't have to worry about rattles and damage.
With 41 weight increments in one kettlebell with the expansion pack, this bad boy replaces a full kettlebell set and saves over $700 compared to purchasing standalone competition kettlebells.
The 20.5kg base includes the 12kg shell with 8.5kg of weight plates (1x 3kg, 2x 2kg, 1x 1kg & 1x 0.5kg), so you get 18 different increments with just the base model — yes, even that pesky 13kg! Add the 13kg expansion pack plates (2x 4kg, 1x 3kg, 1x 2 kg) for even more range.
IMPORTANT: The Adjustable Kettlebell is a fantastic tool, but it is not recommended when a fast transition of sizes is needed since changing the weights takes 1-2 minutes. If you need two different weights for swings and overhead work, we recommend getting two adjustable kettlebells — you save 10% when you buy a pair.

I ordered a pair of BoS adjustable kettlebells on Christmas night and received them on the morning of 12/28. The shipping was incredibly fast, and the boxes arrived undamaged. The kettlebells were well-packaged, and I'm impressed with the finish, handle, and logo.
Adjusting the weight is easy, although it can be a bit time-consuming. However, this shouldn't be an issue for most kettlebell workouts, as you typically use the same weight for all exercises. I love that I can increase the weight in smaller increments with 0.5 kg and 1 kg plates, which helps with progressing on exercises like Turkish get-ups.
There's a slight rattle when using the kettlebell, but it's barely noticeable. To put this into perspective, I was working out in my garage without music, so you may not even hear it if you listen to music while exercising.
I previously purchased a few Rogue kettlebells, but they became expensive quickly, and they take up a lot of space. I'm glad I finally pulled the trigger on the BoS adjustable kettlebells; they'll save me money and space in the future. Thanks for creating an awesome product!

I have been using the adjustable kettlebell for a couple weeks now, and it has been a great addition to my training. Changing the weights isn’t bad - you won’t be able to do supersets, but it’s easy enough to change weights between exercises - 2 to 3 minutes maximum. Two issues, first, my bell guards didn’t ship with the bell, however this was remedied fairly quickly. I had them about a week after customer support got back to me. Second, the bottom of the screw inside the bell seems to be slightly galled, it hasn’t caused any issues, I just screw the bottom bolt on carefully to avoid making it worse. Overall, happy with the purchase and if I decide to train with 2 bells, I would purchase another.
