Buy individual components to upgrade your rack into a Flat Foot rack.

Product Features

  • NO FLOOR BOLTING

With the flat foot support system, you won't have to bolt your rack into your floor. Simply attach the components to the base of your rack's uprights and voila - you're ready to set PR's!

  • UNSHAKEABLE & SOLID

With the 56-inch or 62-inch flat feet, your rack will have over 4 feet of direct contact with the ground for nearly unmatched stability. Honestly, the only better team-up than your rack and this is peanut butter & jelly.

  • SIDE-TO-SIDE STABILITY

Made from 11-gauge steel, the reinforcement plates add lateral stability to your power rack - especially when reracking heavy weights. Say goodbye to that rickety workout station!

Product Details

Compatible with non-flat-foot Hydra power racks, our flat foot support system includes flat feet, reinforcement plates, and hardware to hold everything together.

The flat feet come in 56" and 62" lengths, with an optional 43" flat foot crossmember to connect them for added stability.

The 56" length can be paired with the 30" or 24" cross member depth, while the 62" length can be paired with the 43", 30" or 24" depth. Popular combos are 43" with a 62" flat foot for maximum roominess. 30" with the 56" flat foot for maximum stability and minimal space. Or get a little weird with the 24" depth and 56" flat foot.

You can select the flat foot with a bottom cross member that connects the 2 feet for increased stability, or leave it out. However, the bottom cross member is NOT compatible with the lat pulldown attachment - you'll need a rear base stabilizer instead.

IMPORTANT: The flat foot support system adds 2-1/4" to the overall height of your rack. Compatible with non-Flat Foot Hydra power racks only.

    BOS > ROGUE Reinforcing Plates

Long story short, I have a Monster Lite Rogue Squat Rack and was wanting to convert it to a Half Rack. I got a quote from Rogue, but it was way more expensive. Did some research and found out that the Hydra Hardware, Crossmembers, and Uprights are a 1 for 1 match with the 3x3 Rogue Monster Lite!

Bought the reinforcing plates to connect additional uprights and man, these are SO NICE! They even have the “BOS” cut out. These plates that connect uprights to the flat foot members are BETTER quality than the Rogue Plates. They feel and look so much nicer (3rd photo is the Rogue and BOS side by side). I really think people are sleeping on Bells of Steel. I used to be a Rogue diehard but that has changed. My only regret is not finding BOS sooner!

Thanks for the awesome review, Gerardo! We're pumped to hear that the Hydra Flat Foot Components are giving you that quality upgrade over Rogue — and at a better price point too. It's fantastic that our reinforcing plates are helping you convert that Monster Lite to a half rack setup without breaking the bank.

We love hearing that the BOS cutout detail caught your eye and that you can feel the difference in quality compared to what you had before. That side-by-side comparison really tells the story! It's customers like you who help spread the word that B.o.S. gear can go toe-to-toe with anyone in the game.

Welcome to the B.o.S. family — sounds like this is just the beginning of your setup transformation!

    Yours in strength,
    The B.o.S. Crew.

    Great accessory for Bells tower

If you are looking for a quick and dirty way to add more height to your cable tower, this will do it. As a 6 ft individual, for pulldowns the range is not enough and you end up pulling on an angle. By attaching one of these feet to the top upright as well as another pulley wheel on the top most hole ( a little tricky to secure but works) , you can add another pulley wheel above your head and pull down with full stretch. Set it at the edge or mid way if the top pulley wheel gets in the way of you doing something like dips. Would be smart if Bells added this top bar to the pulley as well as a pulley wheel that could be attached with a pin so that it were removable . It's a solid setup.. I take no credit for this, saw people doing this on Reddit.

    Sturdy Base

My Hydra squat stand is incredibly stable thanks to these. I have high confidence whenever I need to bail on a lift that my stand will easily bear the load without toppling.
