BUILD YOUR BENCH PRESS
This signature curve in this specialty bar adds inches of range to your bench press for a huge stretch in your chest — commanding it to grow while strengthening your traditional bench press.

ECONOMICAL SPECIALTY BAR
The most renowned Buffalo bar on the market is more than DOUBLE the price of ours. If you’re looking for a shoulder-saving bar without having to re-mortgage your home, consider the Buffalo bar instead.
Product Details
So you’ve been in the gym squatting and benching like there’s no tomorrow and hitting all the PR’s. But all that huge weight you’ve been slangin’ around is beatin’ up your shoulders & elbows.
Enter the Buffalo Bar.
This isn’t just some super-bent bar. The Buffalo Bar is strategically designed to alleviate stress from your wrists, elbows, and shoulders while squatting and benching. Similar to a traditional straight barbell, you grip the bar like a proper squat or bench but with significantly less pressure on your joints.
It’s the perfect bar for off-season training and one of the best options for pushing up your volume during your competitive season without as much joint strain. And unlike a Safety Squat Bar, the Buffalo Bar can be used for upper body movements—like the bench press! It adds several inches to your range of motion to help strengthen your press of the chest and assist with muscular development.
IMPORTANT: The Buffalo Bar is significantly longer, thicker, and heavier than a typical Olympic barbell. To avoid the bar flipping when racked, sandwich j-cups are strongly recommended.
