“Wow, this is the one to rule them all. It does everything in one.” — Nicolas L.

The All-in-One Trainer unites dual adjustable cables, a true 1:1 center weight stack, and a built-in lat pulldown/low row station into a compact 4′ × 4′ footprint — and can be upgraded with J-cups and safety arms to function as a half rack.

Serious versatility → Crush 100+ exercises across strength, hypertrophy, and functional training — replacing up to seven machines in one compact, efficient unit.

All-in-one training layout → Dual side cables, a center stack, and integrated uprights let you flow seamlessly between cable work, barbell lifts, and pulley movements — no reconfiguring, no wasted time, just pure training flow.

Full-weight feel → The middle stack runs on a true 1:1 ratio for heavy pulldowns and rows, while the dual side pulleys use a smooth 2:1 ratio for precision control and full range of motion. The result: optimal loading for every training style.

Upgradeable power rack functionality → Add J-cups, spotter arms, or specialty attachments to turn your Trainer into a compact half rack — squat, press, and pull safely without giving up cable access.

Expandable design → Fully compatible with 2.3” × 2.3” Bells of Steel attachments like the Y-Dip, Seal Row Pad, and Landmine — giving you the freedom to evolve your setup over time.

Built to last → Constructed from 14-gauge steel with precision-machined pulleys and heavy-duty cables — engineered for buttery-smooth movement and decades of use.

Two styles, same performance → Plate-Loaded keeps costs low and bicep peak high; Weight-Stack gives you quick, pin-loaded convenience with a commercial-grade feel. Start plate-loaded, upgrade later when the FOMO kicks in.

Space-efficient by design → Engineered to fit into corners or tight training areas — reclaim the dead space in your garage, basement, or spare room without sacrificing performance. 88" ceiling clearance required.

Why All-In-One Trainers?

Because it’s a complete gym packed into one frame — built to crush every goal from raw strength to lean muscle, athletic power, or everyday fitness.
Train safely, even solo → Adjustable cables and guided movement paths let you lift heavy, nail your form, and push PRs without needing a spotter.

Constant tension → Smooth, consistent resistance through every inch for better activation and next-day soreness that means something.

Joint-friendly design → Build real strength without thrashing your shoulders, elbows, or wrists.

Zero wasted time → Go from squats to rows to curls in seconds — no swapping gear, no downtime, just pure training flow.

All-levels ready → Start with cable-guided moves for confidence and control, then progress to barbell lifts as your strength (and swagger) grows.

Aesthetics & Organization
Looks clean. Trains dirty. The All-In-One keeps your gym clutter-free, cutting out the chaos of multiple machines while adding a professional, polished look to your space.

Long-Term Value
Sure, it’s an investment — but one that replaces thousands of dollars worth of equipment and lasts for decades. You’re not just buying a machine; you’re buying a lifetime membership to your own gym.

Perfect for home gym owners, couples training together, small studios, and busy parents who want full-body workouts in minimal time — without sacrificing performance or quality.

Necessary addition to a home gym

I started going to the gym this past summer, but once winter hit, I lost all motivation to go out in the cold, dark, snow.

I love how diverse this is. I prefer using this compared to dumbbells - it feels more stable and smooth. I use it multiple times a week. Great for upper body.

It's super sturdy. My partner can do multiple pull ups with no wiggle. We're not planning on using it with an olympic bar cause I'm not comfortable lifting like that.

I found the bars that came with the machine aren't that comfortable for my delicate hands, so I've purchased some rubber-grip attachments that are more comfortable.

Assembly took 6 hours. 1 hour to unbox everything (it was easy to bring it - came in multiple smaller boxes), 2 hour for the frame (requires a partner to help assemble) and 3 hours for the cables and pulleys. The instructions are good, the video accompanying is good. I still had to rethread the cable a few times during certain steps - the pulley/cable part is definitely the most complex. All the nults & bolts are numbered which is great.

The only thing is the top of my weight stack doesn't sit flush with the rest of the weight stack. I don't know if there's some residual tension in the cables or something. I can still put the pin in the weights and it works fine. Just if I'm using 20lb, the second 10lb weight plate will sometimes catch on the bar and lose tension, but that only happens sometimes.

Overall, for a home gym, because it's so diverse and comfortable to…

Thanks for the awesome review, Emily! 💪

We're stoked to hear the All-in-One Trainer has been such a game-changer for keeping your workouts going through winter—totally get how the cold and dark can kill that gym motivation.

Love that you're finding it more stable and smooth than dumbbells, and it's great to hear your partner can knock out multiple pull-ups without any wiggle. Sounds like the sturdiness is really delivering.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown on assembly time too—6 hours is definitely a commitment, and you nailed it that the cable and pulley section is the most complex part. Really helpful for others planning their setup.

Good call on grabbing those rubber-grip attachments for comfort, and thanks for the heads up on the weight stack alignment. That kind of real-world feedback is super valuable for us.

Really appreciate you taking the time to share such a thorough experience and for sticking with B.o.S. for your home gym setup!

    Yours in strength,

    V2 is even better!

After watching a bunch of reviews on YouTube on this I knew it was going to be the right fit for space that I have with the most versatility. The reviews all said the same thing, it good for the price. Some of them had issues with the amount of pulleys and some had some parts that got bent in shipping, but all in all, the reviews were good.

Well, I can’t wait for the new review of the V2 version. I appears that all the minor imperfections have been taken seriously and the design team seems to have worked them all out.

So, what’s changed? Here’s a short list of the noted improvements

The new design has the pullup bars separate and several of the pulley guards recessed into the tubing. This makes it much more difficult to bend in shipping. Everything I got was in perfect alignment to where it was supposed to go.

The cable run has been improved to run more of the cable inside the tubing and this allows for the pulleys on the functional posts (sides) to be in the middle of the post now and not along the inside. That adds about 3 inches of separation to your handles.

A convertible foot plate for the low row. You can now flip down the foot plate and move it up and out of the way depending on the need. That combined with the elimination of that low center cross piece you now have more room for your feet if using the V2 as a squat rack.

The biggest improvement is the new detachable ball stopper on the cables. With a simple hex wrench you can take the ball off the cable and fish a…

    All in One Trainer

Excellent machine for a home gym. I first saw this when Coop reviewed it on @garagegymreviews:

    https://youtu.be/ysI81ezY-1Q?si=iXc6Pul9JsHHuL1v

BOS must have listened and fixed a few of the things he called out including numbers on the upright, and easier access to put a pin in the weight stack.

I’m 6’4” with a super wide wing span for reference. I’ve had no height related issues with using either the side pulley the low or the high pull down.

Assembly: assembly was pretty easy, but you need to take your time with the cables. The instructions aren’t super clear so it takes a little bit to make sure you have them right.

Bolt down: I did not bolt mine down and have had no issues.

Weight stack: I hummed and hawed on getting the plate loaded versus weight stack. Went with the weight stack in the end and have zero regrets. Super easy to change weights.

Pull up: the bar is a little slick for my liking. With my height this is the only thing I’ve had issues with, and I won’t be using it for pull-ups.

J-cups - squat and bench: no issues.

Footprint: the footprint is smaller in reality than listed. This is due to its design so it can tuck into places to maximize space see picture below. The footprint allows it to tuck in beside the bench to save space.

Overall, highly recommended for a home gym.

    All the kinks worked out

I just got the “V2” version of the All in One Trainer and am very pleased. I’ve seen a lot of the reviews of the first one and was still going to get one to replace my old 2x2 rack and plate loaded BoS Cable Tower. I needed a more compact system… well, enough about me… on with the review.

First off this thing came in a lot of individual boxes. That made it easier to lift, but quite a few trips down to the ol’ basement gym. Why is that important? Well, one of the things that got mentioned in a lot of the YouTube reviews was that there was always a part that got bent or moved and then they had to bend it back or fix it. I opened each box and the packing was pretty solid. Not one bend, scrape, or missing part.

Next comes the instructions… Bells of Steel has really stepped up their tech writing skills. The manual is laid out very well (you should download it and see for yourself). The order of the build is well laid out and even intuitive from just the pics. AND you can do it all by yourself. It only takes one guy to do the whole thing.

Some of the improvements the V2 has include better cable routing, a retractable footrest for the lower row cable and a new ball end cable stopper that is removable. That part will make replacing the cables down the line a LOT easier (good job, designers!). The biggest improvement however is the routing alignment of the cables that allow a central cable pivot on the outer posts. That’s a vast improvement over the previous design that had…

    Great Machine

Versatile machine with a space-saving footprint. I picked up some other compatible attachments and now this is my main piece of equipment for most exercises. Instructions were poor and assembly is time consuming; however I followed the assembly video on the BOS YouTube which was helpful.

Hey Shawn! Thanks for the awesome 5-star review of the All-in-One Trainer — we're stoked to hear it's become your main piece of equipment!

We really appreciate the honest feedback about the assembly instructions too. You're absolutely right that they could be clearer, and we're glad the YouTube assembly video helped you get through it. That's super valuable feedback for us as we work on improving the whole setup experience.
