Adjustable Competition Kettlebell

I’ve been extremely impressed with these adjustable kettlebells. They’re rock solid, exceptionally well built, and feel like they’ll last a lifetime. The machining and fit are excellent, and there’s no compromise in quality compared to fixed kettlebells.

I chose the adjustable version because I wanted to keep my home gym as minimalistic as possible. Instead of buying an entire rack of fixed kettlebells, these cover everything from 12kg to 32kg in a compact footprint. They’re perfect for both single and double kettlebell workouts, making them incredibly versatile for strength, conditioning, and accessory work.

The weight changes are straightforward, and having two bells means I can perform virtually any double kettlebell exercise without filling my gym with dozens of individual weights. I’m already considering adding a third adjustable kettlebell to leave loaded at 32kg for heavier work while keeping the other two available for quick adjustments.

If you’re building a home gym and want equipment that’s durable, versatile, and saves a ton of space, these are an easy 5-star recommendation.

This is a great product! I have two other kettlebells and I just could not get the clean and press to work on those. I bought this in hopes that the compeition style would provide the additional room in the handle to make my hand fit right. It has worked great! In fact, now that I have learned how to do it properly on this one, I can use the other ones as well. The adjustments are easy enough to change as you need to progressively overload, but not the sort of thing you should plan to adjust on the fly between exercises.

The Bells of Steel adjustable KBs are excellent. I've used others for about 5 years, but this is my first competition style, and I'm so glad I made the switch. They feel so much more inviting and smooth to use. I had a Bowflex adjustable KB before, which was great for beginners, but the improved feel and complete lack of any rattling inside makes these so much more appealing to use. It's not quick to change the weight, but if you can manage 2 or 3 of these bells to set at different weights for different exercises with the plan to adjust their weights in small increments every month or so, they're perfect--all I'll need for the rest of my life.

I have had my KB since Oct. I got yellow because I just wanted something other than black in the gym. The bells arrived, and they looked great. The yellow popped, and the finish was smooth. Recently, I took them with me to an annual training event. They traveled a few hundred miles with me in the back of the truck. No issues! Unfortunately, when I returned and transferred them back into my truck, I noticed when I got home, the speaker mesh had worn off the paint just from them shifting in turns and stuff. Today, I went to change the weight for a specific new program, and when I separated the halves, paint started to chip around the seam. Truly, when the paint gets bad enough, I will refinish them because they're really awesome and a space saver. The only reason it's not a five is that the paint is coming off too easily for an item that gets banged around by design.

I like how sturdy the item is, including the tech for holding the individual weight pieces. Although it may take a few minutes over that other more easily adjustable brand (that uses plastic tabs), this feels much more solid. Hopefully the weights never crack under tension of the nut inside.
