    Perfect height for my 36" inseam legs

    The original seat was something I had to get used to. Which wasn't a big deal but I like to use maximum resistance on the bike when riding after leg day. That tends to be hard on my knees. This post doesn't raise the seat a lot but just enough for my normal riding position. The horizontal adjustment is actually the bigger improvement for me because I'm now more over the pedals. I'm annoyed that I had to buy this in the first place but over all I am very satisfied with the bike. I am hard on it and it's holding up so far.
