When strong, it protects your knees by absorbing deceleration forces while landing from a jump or pivoting on the field. When weak, it can cause knee pain and hobble-worthy shin splints.
Luckily, this tibialis trainer bar is all you KNEE-d. Sorry. Couldn’t resist.
Crank out standard tib raises, or use it for hanging hip flexor raises to strengthen your hip flexors. Better yet, bust out some leg extensions or lay supine on a bench to hit those hamstring curls.
The eyelet can connect to your Cable Tower or Belt Squat Machine. Or, attach a resistance band to it for heavy eccentrics.
IMPORTANT: Loading sleeve fits 2” Olympic weight plates only.

    Loving the Tibialis Trainer Bar, this thing is a beast! I think this is the best tib bar on the market. Well made, super heavy duty, and very nicely designed. The padding is great, the bar is easy to load and there is zero play with the magnetic collar locking the weight on. The eyelet wasn't a feature I was looking for, but I'm using it to attach grip training blocks which is great. Thanks Bells of Steel you guys rock.

    Tibilias Trainer Bar-Must Have!!!

    Ordered this for a more thorough leg workout and strengthen my knees and ankles. This has been a game changer and is well built. I use it regularly and have had no issues and is built like a tank and is great price for this item.

    Good Tib Bar

    It's a good Tib Bar that works well. I don't really use the cable attachment eye hook, but am certainly glad its there!
