This extra long tricep rope extension is a prized cable attachment, compatible with any cable machine using carabiners. The nylon ropes and hard plastic ends are durable and long-lasting. Plus, the 25mm diameter is comfortable to hold, so you work your tris to failure without feeling like you're holding onto a wet spaghetti noodle.
Built for specialized ranges of motion during facepulls, tricep pushdowns and ab exercises without dealing with short cable lengths on cable machines.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

If you don't want to be that guy that takes that only two tricep rope extensions available at his gym, get this instead and avoid fights, death stares, and going viral for all the wrong reasons whenever you do this exercise. It's long enough for face pulls and other exercises where rope length matters. The quality is great and the thickness is just right so you don't have to worry about your grip failing first when doing exercises. If you want to know how to do a face pull the right way and reap all its benefits, look up the Athlean X Face Pull videos on YouTube. Get this rope and your body and fellow gym bros will thank you.
