Isolate your arms, chest & more! The Aluminum Handles are compatible with any cable machine using carabiners and are excellent for curls, shoulder raises, chest flies, and much more.

The 5.25" wide handles rotate smoothly and the aluminum coating will help keep those pesky rust fairies away. Adjust them to the perfect length using the five heavy-duty d-rings.

IMPORTANT: Requires carabiners (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

    Solid and a great buy

    Bought these to replace the plastic handles that came with my functional trainer. The knurling is great, and I love the flexibility of the different lengths. For the money there isn’t a better option out there.

    Attractive, versatile, comfortable, sturdy

    I've had these handles for a little over a couple of weeks now and I'm loving them. I vastly prefer the feel of knurled metal vs my old rubber coated plastic handles and having so many different attachment points gives me some extra travel on a couple exercises.
