Product Details

Don't let the name fool you: this bodybuilding classic targets the back, triceps, biceps, and more. It's been a staple in bodybuilding for over a century for its effectiveness and versatility in building lean, defined muscle with that wiry, natural look.

Built for progression, this steel contraption has 7 springs with carabiner attachments, so you can remove or double up springs, adjusting the tension to suit your goals and experience level. Beginners and pros alike can use this for curls, flyes, and rows or attach to a fixed point for presses. Grab two for even more versatility (shameless upsell!)

The chest expander offers consistent tension throughout the movement regardless of how many springs are attached, making it optimal over bands for bodybuilding. The design hasn't changed much over the past century because it hasn't needed to, but we've thrown on rotating handles and knurling for that cherry on top of a swole sundae.

Watch your arm hair, though—and if you see Kaevon walking around looking smoother than a baby porpoise, mind your business.

One of the best on the market.

You might find cheaper expander's on other websites but they can't compare to Bells of steel.

Bells of steel is synonymous with quality.

The metal handles are not too heavy. These Offer better stability when doing the various pull appart.

The metal knurling handles roll. This offers full range of motion when you perform the downward pull appart, back press, shoulder press ,bicep curl , sideways tricep extension, front pull appart etc.

The spring quality is also great. Sure you might find cheap models elsewhere. However, their springs will lose all their resistance after a few weeks. I know because i started with them.

The caribiners make it easier to remove or add springs.

The 7 springs offer great progressive overload. Also the springs prevent you from "cheating " when you curl or press. You cannot use momentum or inertia. This a great thing it will offer better muscles stimulation. I can confirm that my biceps, triceps , deltoids and lats are bigger and stronger because of it.

As someone who owns many expander's with varying degree of quality i can say without a doubt that bells of steel is one of the best on the market today.

I would and did recommend it to friends and gym acquaintance.

Thanks a ton for your in-depth review, Alexandre!

It's fantastic to know those metal knurling handles and high-quality springs are making a real difference in your workouts. We're all about quality and durability, and it sounds like you've experienced just that.

And hey, having bigger and stronger biceps, triceps, deltoids, and lats? That's what we'd call gains with a capital 'G'! Your recommendation to friends and gym acquaintances is the ultimate compliment—much appreciated.
