The world is your oyster with this handy-dandy rack attachment. Use it as a second pull-up bar on your power rack or add it to a pair of lever arms to unlock barbell and machine-inspired exercises at home — hip thrusts, thrusters, rows, deadlifts, you name it!
The beefy 6-gauge steel promises solid construction while the different finishes offer plenty of variety. With a max capacity of 500lbs, these adjustable pull-up bars are meant to withstand heavy weights.

IMPORTANT: Hardware included. The 2.3" pull-up bar is NOT compatible with our Strongman Yoke, as its uprights are slightly too wide to accommodate them.

This bar is excellent. Very solid. Holds my weight without moving at all. The only thing I would say is that the brackets that hold it in place are so large that they block off several of the holes on the rack at the top. A little lower profile would be nice. Mine is a folding rack so taking the pins out to fold it up can be challenging but I expect that to get better over time and I don't need to fold it up that often. Solid solid bar though.

I built a short modified Rogue Half rack (72") and needed a pullup solution. The Rogue pullup bar I had sat too low to do pullups, so I saw this one and figured I'd just place it on top of the uprights and cross members. It works perfectly. The way it's designed allowed me to set it on top. Not the way it's designed to be used, but works exactly how I wanted it to. Very thick gauge steel and no issues using it this way. It will 100% hold. Super happy the way it turned out.

I'm using the 2.3" x 2.3" 1" Knurled Stainless version with my setup. I bought this to be used with my Bells' All-in-One Trainer and specifically their lever arms to connect them together for press movements. Unfortunately, it didn't fit. This bar is slightly too short for the width of the All-in-One, which I didn't know when ordering - woops!
All was not lost however, I ended up drilling out the four 5/8" holes on the bar to 1", which was enough to get them to fit on my lever arms. I wouldn't necessarily recommend someone else to do what I did unless you like drilling through 6-gauge steel, but it is doable. After drilling, I deburred the holes and sealed them with some matte black paint for good measure. Smooth sailing after that.

It works great. I use it with my lever arms. My only complaint is that the brackets take up more space than they need to and you can’t put the bar all the way down to the bottom of the lever arms in the last hole because the rubber stopper of the lever arms gets in the way. Just a minor inconvenience.

Before ordering this bar I had nowhere to do pull-ups. Now I have somewhere to do them. I still don’t do them but that’s more a lifestyle choice than an issue with the bar.
