Pretty great. The face of one of mine came scuffed up but not a hude deal as it does not affect the performance.

Got the hydra ones after I cut myself on the flag pins a couple of times. They hold very well and are much more convenient to store in your rack cross members.
I somehow lost a detent ball on one of them, but given that the magnets are what really hold them in place it's not an issue. At least, it hasn't been an issue for me.
