3 Configurations From One Bench
Standalone flat, makeshift incline, power rack drop-in with converter crossmember. Choose the setup that works for you.

IPF Height in EVERY Setup
We engineered the bench height to stay within IPF competition specs whether it’s standalone, on Hydra uprights, Manticore uprights, or in the combo rack, so you have consistency with every setup.
-
Makeshift Incline — 27.6°
Pop the front foot off with optional mag pins, set it down, and you’ve got an incline bench. It’s the perfect compromise for people who live on the flat bench but want occasional incline work.
-
Single-Post Angled Front Foot
Powerlifters, this one’s for you. The single post angles outward for stability while staying completely out of the way for tucked-feet benching.
-
Heavy-Duty, Thick Gauge Steel
This bench is built for the toughest training. Thick gauge steel, thick padding, UHMW lining underneath. It’s built to handle serious weight, period.
-
Full-Length Support
Long enough to support your entire setup without hanging off the edge. Set your arch and stay there.
-
Wheels & Handle for Easy Transport & Storage
Heavy doesn’t mean immovable. Roll it where you need it, store it upright when you don’t.
-
Removable Feet
Buy just the pad + frame or, or get the full set with feet for standalone use (ships in 2 boxes). Your call.
-
Thick Pad Built to Press Heavy
Dense, supportive padding that stays comfortable under load without feeling soft or unstable.
Product Details
The Converter Bench isn’t a one-trick setup. It’s a modular system—build it how you want, change it when you need.
Run it as a standalone flat bench. A makeshift incline bench. Set it up as a four-post bench station or two-post bench station. Drop it into your Manticore or Hydra rack (or one of our competitors with matching 3” x 3” upright specs) with the optional 43" specialty crossmember. Or pair it with our upcoming combo rack for a full competition setup.
One bench, multiple configurations—no compromises.
And here’s where it gets serious: every setup maintains IPF competition height.
Doesn’t matter if it’s on its own feet, mounted to 60" Hydra or Manticore uprights, or locked into the combo rack—the height stays consistent. That wasn’t an accident. IPF specs are tight, and hitting them across multiple configurations (with different upright spacings) took real engineering work.
Also, this bad boy is a tank. Thick gauge steel. Competition-style padding. UHMW lining underneath so it doesn’t chew up your rack. The front foot is a single-post design that angles out for stability—while leaving room for lifters who like to tuck their feet back and actually use their leg drive. Want an incline without another bench? For more versatility, grab 2 Manticore Mag Pins (Full Length), so you can pop the pins, remove the front foot, and unlock a 27.6° setup. Simple.
Grab just the pad and frame if you’re integrating it into a rack or combo setup. Or go with the full version with removable feet for standalone use, or if you’re a little fickle and want to change it up now and then. Wheels and a handle make it easy to move—because heavy doesn’t have to mean stuck.
This is for powerlifters and serious home gym owners who want one bench that adapts with them. The flat bench hasn’t changed in years.
We figured it should.
IMPORTANT: 43" Specialty Crossmember required to drop the Converter Bench into a rack. Mounting brackets are spaced to fit 24" depth for floating bench configuration (no feet).
