Used by ancient soldiers to prep for combat, the Adjustable Macebell channels your inner warrior while building deep core strength, shoulder mobility, and rotational power.

Unlike traditional fixed macebells, this baby’s fully adjustable (just like our best-selling Adjustable Kettlebells) to save you cash and space.

It comes with six 1kg plates and a simple inner loading system, letting you start light at 6kg and micro-load up to a challenging 12kg.

Plus, adjusting the weights is easy-peasy. Use the included Allen key to undo the bottom screw and remove the bottom part of the shell. Loosen the nut using the included hex nut wrench, then swap whatever plates you need. Simply reverse these steps to reassemble!

The handle diameter is 1.25"/32mm for a solid grip, but it is not so thick that it causes forearm burnout. Plus, the light knurling on the handle keeps your grip safe & secure, so you can keep swinging without worrying about tearing up your hands.

Whether you’re working on 360° swings, 10-to-2 swings, offset presses or more, this adjustable macebell targets the muscles that matter, translating functional strength into real-world performance.

    I hate mine… but 5 stars anyway.

    There’s a lot I like about the mace.

    I like the solid construction (none of the various parts wobble or shift around)…

    Changing the weight is easy… everything threads on smoothly…

    And I really like the length and balance. It swings great (for reference, I’m 6 feet tall).

    At first I wished the handle was thicker, but I quickly changed my mind when I found I could do my exercises — even at heavier weights — for longer without my hands giving out. Even the knurling is ideal in my opinion.

    So, why do I hate mine? Because right out of the box mine had a small, loose fragment (maybe from the welding process or whatever) that’s trapped inside the handle — and it clinks and pings around annoyingly with every.. single.. swing.

    Still, this doesn’t affect my performance and handling of the mace. So 5 stars for an otherwise awesome piece of equipment.

    A High Quality Mace

    This is a high-end quality mace with an excellent overall powder-coated finish and knurling on the handle. Swings great. 5-star rating. Though the stated 47 1/4 inch length in the specs is incorrect. The mace is 43 inches in length.
