What's covered: Manufacturer defects in materials, functionality, and workmanship during normal use. If something breaks due to a defect, we'll repair or replace it.

What's not covered: Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (pedals, grips, transport wheels, seat padding), cosmetic damage (scratches, paint chips), damage from improper assembly, modifications, or lack of maintenance. Basically, if you treat it like a monster truck instead of a bike, that's on you.

How to make a claim: Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review it and ship replacement parts if it's a covered defect. You'll need to return the defective part to receive warranty service.
