The Blitz Air Rower is an economical indoor rowing machine that offers a joint-friendly, full-body workout offering a wide range of training potential. Casually row along to build cardiovascular endurance, or HIIT it hard to torch calories. Lower impact than running and skipping, this low-impact cardio workout is ideal for people with joint issues. I've had the rower about a week and a half now and have used it a half dozen times. It was easy to put together, took less than 20 minutes. All of the parts feel solid and the action on the rower is smooth. I sync with the Kino app, so I haven't used the console itself much. Overall I'm very happy with it and it was much cheaper than the C2 in Canada.

Great value for the price, the product is excellent. Assembly is easy, and the quality is top-notch. The only downside I've encountered is the monitor, which can be challenging to set up for workouts and has some limitations. However, this doesn't detract significantly from the overall experience of using the rower. There are apps available to supplement and enhance your workouts. In conclusion, just buy it!!
