This is the ultimate build-your-own lifting platform.

Start by choosing your width. The 6’/180cm size fits a BoS Trap Bar or Short Barbell, or a partially-loaded Olympic barbell.

Meanwhile, the 7.8’/240cm size fits a fully-loaded Olympic bar with room to spare.

Like a power rack, depth is based on your comfort.

The 60cm (2’) depth is ultra-compact, ideal for precise lifts like deadlifts with minimal forward/backward motion. The 120cm (4’) depth adds versatility, providing enough room for split squats while still saving space.

For more dynamic lifts, the 180cm (6’) depth offers stability and room for Olympic lifts like power cleans. The 240cm (8’) depth is expansive, protecting your floor and equipment during bailed lifts while giving you complete freedom to move.

Bamboo tiles excel as the centre tiles, but rubber squares also provide solid support—and absorption if placed on the outside. Deadlift pads deliver maximum absorption & noise-dampening.

Mount resistance bands across the band pegs to blast through plateaus, and upgrade/downsize the entire platform as your lifting saga evolves.
