The swivel shackle is a little squeeky and the rotation is not particularly smooth but the various hand grip positions allow for a wide range of motion in targeting the back, rear delts, etc. Aside from the swivel (which I'm hoping a little WD40 will resolve), this is a very nice addition to any home gym setup.
