Product Details
The Multi-Grip Curl Bar is the jack-of-all-trades for arm muscle isolation on a cable machine. It's compatible with any cable machine using carabiners, so you won't need 93 different cable attachments.
Its curved design allows for joint-friendly pushdowns, curls, raises & upright rows, without you having to worry about inertia straining your wrists or elbows and causing injury. And the comfortable rubberized grips are gentle on your hands, in case mountainous callouses aren't your thing.
IMPORTANT: Requires a carabiner (not included by default) for use on your cable machine.

The quality seemed decent at first, but one of the rubber grips loosened up quickly and no longer stays in place.
