It’s a great mat. I am 300lbs and doing a plank with my elbows digging into the mat was comfortable and the mat recovered quickly.

The trifold mat is well made and provides good cushioning. The material is durable and easy to clean. It folds easily and will stand up on its own for storage against a wall
