    Work well and do what they’re supposed to do. Maybe a sixth thicker band would be nice.

    Quality bands at a great price!

    These bands have been invaluable to my physical therapy journey! The Bells of Steel crew gave me a blue band at the end of the Arnold Classic 2024 in return for my contact information and I have used it for many at home rehabilitation exercises. Due to the quality, compared to generic Amazon bands, and partially as a thank you to the team, I recently purchased a full set along with other equipment. Keep up the great work Kaevon and crew!

    Above & beyond

    The bands are nothing to write home about. Most rubber bands do what they are supposed to do, and I have not had these ones for a long so I can't comment on the longevity. The thing that I was most excited by, was the exercise chart that comes with the bands. Even the material that it is printed on is very creative and clever.
