This specialty bar delivers all the tricep targeting, with little-to-no joint strain.
It has ergonomic neutral handles that reduce joint stress and rotating sleeves that ensure smooth reps. The handle length to avoids unwanted movement and helps you focus on isolating your triceps. Use it for various exercises, such as skull crushers, french presses, and close grip bench presses.
You can also use it for other muscles, such as biceps, delts, lats, and forearms, by doing hammer curls, front raises, pullovers, wrist extensions, and more.
IMPORTANT: Although Cerakote is more resistant to rust and abrasion, it can still be scratched from metal-on-metal contact.

I’ve been extremely happy with this triceps bar and consider it a great investment in both my health and my home gym. It feels solidly constructed, is comfortable to use, and has quickly become a piece of equipment I genuinely enjoy incorporating into my workouts.
I actually considered purchasing a similar triceps bar from a competitor for roughly half the price, but ultimately chose Bells of Steel because I’ve come to trust the quality of their equipment. I’ve also had two separate customer service experiences with Bells of Steel regarding previous purchases, and both times they far exceeded my expectations. That track record has deepened my loyalty to Bells of Steel and gave me enough confidence in the company that I was willing to pay considerably more for their triceps bar.
My only product-related disappointment is that the black coating has already chipped in one spot. I’m extremely careful with how I use and store my equipment, so I was surprised to see this happen relatively quickly. I’ve included a photo showing the affected area. It’s a cosmetic issue and hasn’t affected the functionality of the bar at all, but given the quality I associate with Bells of Steel, I would have liked to see the finish hold up better.
I also never received tracking information for the shipment, so I didn’t know when the package would arrive. That was a minor frustration, particularly given how positive my other customer service experiences with Bells of Steel have been.

I bought this bar late last year, I’ve been using it sporadically for the past six months. The more I use this bar, the better I like it., let me rephrase that …the more I love it! Great quality, not even showing signs of any wear whatsoever, even on the sleeve! , the kneeling is nice…. Myself I prefer a more aggressive knurling , but the knurling on these handles seems to compliment the bar, not overdone, not to aggressive. The price, the value, the quality, all exceptional …great bar.!… don’t cheat yourself….You need to get one.!!!
… and yes, I have several bars I think in some form or fashion I have some type of Barbell addiction🤣, I love Barbell’s and yes, I have several BOS bars!

Six months in and the love is still growing, that’s exactly what we like to hear. Sounds like the bar’s holding up like a champ too, even with regular use, which is what we build them for. And we hear you on the knurling, a bit more bite can be nice, but glad this one still hits that sweet spot overall.
Also… a barbell addiction? You’re in the right place, no judgment here. If anything, we might be enablers.

Awesome tricep bar with Great quality build. And Surprising hard to find these bars now too. Not many companies making the "Tricep Bar" anymore seems. Definitely grab yourself one or maybe two.

It is a good classic bar, it feels different from the others in its category. It has a good weight and feels robust. Maybe I personally think the finish on the sleeves could be better. In fact, the bar arrived with chipped sleeves but the customer service solved it immediately, I was very surprised, it is different from the customer service of other recognized brands. Excellent for Skull Crushers, Tricep Extensions, Close Grip (Neutral) Bench Press, and Hammer Curls. My sore elbow feels better already. It also goes along with the color scheme of my Fringe Sport Midas Mini bar. I can't wait for the Arm Blaster to arrive. I may order the Cerekote EZ Curl Bar to complete the matching set!
